Emily Farnham Architecture is a Los Angeles based practice focusing on architecture, interiors and landscapes.  Our practice is driven by a careful balance of innovation, aesthetics and function.  We also acknowledge that for a design to be successfully executed heavy involvement throughout construction and awareness of how things are made is imperative.  We love being in the field watching it all go down.

Emily received her Master of Architecture degree from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Virginia's School of Architecture.  She practiced architecture and interiors for twelve years at several renowned design-driven firms in Los Angeles, New York, Boston and San Francisco before founding her practice in 2014. Her diverse previous experience including educational buildings, civic buildings, retail environments, hotels and housing has equipped her to work on a variety of scales and understand the essential infrastructure that lives behind the design.

Emily is an insured, licensed architect in the state of California and a LEED accredited professional.  She is well versed in the construction and permitting process in the Los Angeles area.
